Job description

Assist customers with merchandise transshipment at the checkout and, if necessary, in the vehicle.

Main responsibilities

1. Perform merchandise transshipment at the checkout terminal, transfer items from the cart, and assist customers in moving the carts to their vehicles, helping with the transshipment of goods into the vehicle when needed.
2. Gather and organize shopping carts inside and outside the store, tidy up, and place them in their designated areas, ensuring carts are clean, organized, and available for the next customer.
3. Assist in returning discarded merchandise by customers.
4. Attend to customers, clarifying doubts about prices, promotions, and products.

Requirements and skills

• High school diploma completed
