Baker Hughes is seeking a recent graduate to join the Emerging Talent Program for Field Engineers. As the Field Engineer, you will be the key interface between on-site teams and clients, helping install, maintain, and start equipment while exceeding customer expectations.

The 36-month program offers hands-on, international experience, with opportunities to develop leadership, data analysis, and project management skills, while working with diverse teams and supporting tenders and invoicing.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, expected 2026.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Willing to work offshore and travel as needed.
Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and numerical/data-analysis abilities.

As a Field Engineer, you will be the key interface between our on-site teams and the client. You will work technically and professionally, may have the opportunity to lead crews to ensure that equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly and that jobsite services exceed customer expectations. By making innovative key contributions to our future, you will also help create reliable, high-quality support for our customers.

As part of our Early Career Program as a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore‑based Operations Managers.

Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands‑on work at the work site.

Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the work site.

Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, as well as performing invoicing activities.

Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have graduated or finishing graduation in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (all fields), Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, within the last 36 months;

Be fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills;

Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the country they are applying for without sponsorship or time restrictions;

Have interest on offshore routine;

Have good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to guide others;

Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills as well as data analysis and project management abilities.
