Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our client’s remote team full-time. The ideal candidate has recent, hands-on experience in B2C email marketing and is confident designing and customizing email campaigns that drive conversions. This role blends content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis—with opportunities to contribute to both email and social media outreach strategies.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Plan, build, and manage cold and warm email outreach campaigns.
  • Design compelling visual assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Write persuasive and targeted email copy for different consumer segments.
  • Customize email templates using HTML/CSS to ensure responsive, branded designs.
  • Segment contact lists and personalize messages to boost engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign metrics with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain high email deliverability and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations.
  • Align messaging with internal branding and marketing goals.
  • Support social media marketing efforts when needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of continuous, ongoing and recent experience in email marketing for US-based B2C consumer brands. (MANDATORY)
  • Demonstrated success in result-oriented campaigns—portfolio with metrics and outcomes is required. (MANDATORY)
  • Proficient in design tools like Canva and Photoshop, with the ability to create engaging email layouts.
  • Solid knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fully remote setup.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and refine strategies accordingly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with retargeting, social media campaigns & marketing.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel outbound or social media marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative work environments.
  • Experience with cold email platforms such as MailClickConvert, Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead. (PREFERRABLE /PLUS)
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills in fluent written English.

Software & Tools:

  • Cold email software (e.g., MailClickConvert, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist)
  • Canva, Adobe Photoshop
  • CRM platforms
  • Email deliverability tools
  • Skilled in tools like Mailchimp and Klaviyo for email campaign management and automation.

Personality:

  • Creative with a strong eye for design and detail.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
  • Collaborative mindset with adaptability and initiative.

Working hours:

Full time: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm PST

Salary and Benefits:

Weekly payments in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
