We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join the Reach Digital team. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to turn data into highly targeted, personalized, and high-converting email campaigns across multiple platforms. If you’re passionate about building automated email funnels, writing compelling copy, and getting your hands dirty with data scraping and segmentation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage email marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instantly, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, etc.).
• Scrape, clean, and segment email lists using ethical and compliant data collection techniques.
• Write persuasive, brand-aligned email copy tailored to different audience segments.
• Design and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize email subject lines, content, and send times.
• Build automated email sequences such as welcome series,re-engagement, and cold reach.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and prepare actionable reports.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM compliance).
Must-Have Skills:
• Proven experience in email marketing and automation platforms.
• Strong experience with data scraping and list building using tools such as Apollo.io , or similar.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a focus on email marketing.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and customer journey mapping.
• Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions.
• Solid knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template tweaks (not mandatory but a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in eCommerce, B2B SaaS, or lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Basic graphic design skills.
