Join our Project Management Team at Signs of Success, Inc. in Santa Maria, California, and become a key player in delivering top-notch signage solutions.

We're looking for a Project Manager who is eager to excel in the sign industry and contribute to our company's success.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent CAD software.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
3. Ability to work overtime as needed.
4. Experience or education in electrical signage, manufacturing, project management, or construction management.

Your Role:

1. Work with estimator to close the sales phase of the project. Reaching out to the customer as needed. Gather job information, perform code checks, check with vendors and shop to determine costs and project constraints.
2. Lead the design phase of our projects, creating digital conceptual mock ups, permit and construction drawings for on premise Channel Letters, Monuments and other electrician and non-electrical signs. Managing multi-site rebranding and individual business projects.
3. Have an experience and understanding of electrical sign construction and detailing for both creative mockup and for creating production ready art with fabrication instructions.
4. Have experience with what hardware is necessary to attach signage securely to various mounting surfaces and provide documentation and support to the rest of the team in providing this information or researching and testing for new attachment conditions as needed.
5. Follow a structured process from initial design drawings to installation and closeout, ensuring a smooth project flow.
6. Guarantee error-free delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, maintaining professionalism at all times.
8. Manage multiple projects at different stages of completion, staying organized and self-motivated.
