Luxoft procura engenheiro de Wiring Systems para atuar em projeto automotivo alemão, envolvendo desenvolvimento de soluções de hardware elétrico/eletrônico com foco em desempenho, modularidade e qualidade. O cargo exige domínio de redes veiculares CAN, LIN e Ethernet, além de fundamentos elétricos.

A atuação inclui criação de esquemas, layouts 2D/3D e garantia de proteção e conectividade entre ECUs, sensores e atuadores, em ambiente com foco em EMC/EMI e integração de ADAS/HPC.

Responsibilities:

Design of Wiring Systems - Creates schematics and 2D/3D layouts of wiring harnesses. - Defines how electrical signals and power are routed between components (ECUs, sensors, actuators, HMIs, etc.). - Ensures correct wire types, sizes, shielding, and insulation.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Understanding of:

• Voltage, current, power distribution
• Signal types (analog, digital, high-speed data like Ethernet)

Ability to:

• Calculate wire sizing and voltage drop o Ensure correct fusing and protection concepts

Knowledge of:

• Vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) o General requirement
• Solid understanding of: o Electrical fundamentals (voltage, current, power) o Wiring systems and circuit design

• Knowledge of:
• Vehicle communication systems (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
• Power distribution concepts (fusing, grounding)

Basic understanding of:

• EMC/EMI principles
• Signal integrity (especially for ADAS / HPC)
