Job Overview

G Technology Inc is looking for two experienced Electrical Foremen to lead field operations on commercial electrical projects across the Lehigh Valley, PA and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing crews, maintaining job timelines and budgets, and proactively planning for material and manpower needs. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead multiple crews on electrical construction projects
• Plan and organize daily jobsite tasks, ensuring materials and tools are available ahead of schedule
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and comply with safety standards
• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical systems including lighting and 3-phase systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accurately
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and office staff to ensure job alignment
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field team members
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Occasional out-of-state travel as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience (Foreman/Superintendent experience preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical system knowledge (including conduit types, panel installation, 3-phase systems)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical drawings
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Journeyman Electrician License (preferred)

• Full-Time: Monday to Friday
• Day Shift, 8-Hour Shifts
