Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

We are seeking an Electrical\Electronic Engineering analyst to join our R&D team. This role will work with project design, product development, product and components validation testing, testing of electrical and electronic software-controlled systems for new products and current products improvement, ensuring seamless transition from concept to production. The professional will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, cost reductions initiatives, and multifunctional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and cost-competitive products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the design of electrical\electronic components to support scalable and efficient product manufacturing.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters' R&D, suppliers to develop and qualify electrical components, ensuring alignment with production requirements.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing processes related to electrical and electronic components, facilitating smooth and efficient production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing product quality and cost, ensuring product reliability, cost competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and support the resolution of electrical issues encountered both on the production line and in the field.
• Electrical Components Technology Research, develop features according to the habits and needs of Brazilian users.
• Perform electrical testing, validation, and troubleshooting to guarantee compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, test procedures, and reports.
• Work closely with multifunctional teams - including mechanical, software, quality, and manufacturing - to integrate electrical systems effectively.
• Liaise with suppliers and external partners to source components and resolve technical challenges.
• Software features development for the Brazilian market, including developing innovative functions based on local user needs and modifying control software for different product models.
• Electrical control software technology research, developing software functions and control strategies tailored to the habits and needs of Brazilian users.

Requirements:
