ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the incoming and outgoing of materials, check and verify whether the name, code, quantity, and specifications of materials are consistent with the system and purchase order; timely establishment of asset cards to ensure accounts, cards, and items match.
2. Audit and manage the recycling of materials and the reasonable deployment of idle materials.
3. Follow up on the maintenance of materials, allocate maintenance personnel and monitor maintenance progress, and compile statistical information on material maintenance data.
4. Audit the scrap materials and commodities scrapped by the group and dispose of them in a reasonable manner.
5. Guide and supervise the use of departmental material management, ensure asset management responsibilities are implemented, and handle recovery of damages, losses, and related compensation matters.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, with 1 or 2 years of working experience in asset management or administrative management preferred.
2. Familiar with the asset management process, skilled in operating asset management systems, and proficient in computer operations (Word, Excel, Office software).
3. Knowledge of asset management, including asset definition, classification, management methods, and understanding of the asset life cycle concept.
