We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Core Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading the development and customization of Salesforce solutions on Sales, Service, Experience Clouds and Force.Com to meet client needs and enhance business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide and mentor a team while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in implementing, optimizing, and automating processes within Salesforce using Lightning Components, Apex operations, and declarative Salesforce tools.
Oversee the design and development of inbound and outbound API integrations with Salesforce Standard APIs and Custom API developments, including Rest API, Composite API, and Bulk API 2.0.
Advanced Development:
Provide expertise in advanced Lightning Web Components programming concepts, including common design patterns, with proficiency in HTML, JS, and CSS.
Manage back-end operations, including governor limit management, bulk & integration patterns, efficient trigger handling, and asynchronous operations.
Solution Implementation:
Implement new features using declarative tools such as data modeling, custom metadata types, validation rules, and email alerts.
Build and oversee lightning flows, triggers, and approval processes following best practices.
Data and Security Management:
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity.
Manage security settings, users, roles, profiles, and other Salesforce setup options as necessary.
Quality Assurance and Code Review:
Engage in code and technical design reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Oversee implementation change control from development sandboxes to production.
Strategic Planning and Evaluation:
Perform technical evaluations and design approaches to meet business solution needs.
Provide estimates of effort required to implement solutions based on business requirements.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with sales, customers, and team members to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Participate in application support as needed and remain current on new Salesforce features.
Requirements Competencies
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required. Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification is a plus. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Consultant Certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of web development, Salesforce coding limitations, OOP, and design patterns. Proficiency in Lightning Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with web services, database management, and branch management.
Salesforce Administration: Experience with Salesforce administration tasks and Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience clouds. Ability to manage and configure Salesforce environments independently.
