Job Description

At Pluxee, you will build powerful partnerships. You will be responsible for developing result analyses and scenario building to evaluate key operational indicators such as reimbursement volumes, establishment revenues, product and segment distributions, and directing our segments (Managed Portfolio, Franchises, and SMEs) to enhance operational performance. You will also develop new business insights based on data to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Structure continuous improvement actions, implement, and maintain sales planning projects to support sales teams with essential information for optimal business management.
  • Organize and document processes and activities, and transfer knowledge to ensure operational continuity.
  • Manage the Portfolio and conduct studies and analyses to guide sales teams towards the best sales opportunities, cross-sell, and relationship strategies, improving sales team efficiency.
  • Implement automation projects and efficiency improvements in the Sales Planning area, enhancing information dissemination and knowledge generation with greater speed and quality.
  • Structure the Budget for the Commercial VP and Sales Forecast based on historical data, market information, and input from sales teams.
  • Assist Commercial and CRM teams in identifying opportunities for tool, rule, process, and journey improvements, proposing solutions to facilitate and accelerate sales and customer management processes.
  • Analyze impacts and risks related to changes or implementations affecting sales processes, systems, or customer management, and consequently, company results.
  • Report and analyze commercial performance indicators.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for the executive team, LATAM, and SPI, tailored to each request's objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, including regression analysis, correlations, etc.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL Query for data analysis.
  • Experience in developing indicators and KPIs, and managing client portfolios.
  • Understanding of Sales Funnel and Pipeline concepts.
  • Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
