We have an opening for you to become IT Engineer Spec IV (Tech Lead).

Your role will be:

• Lead technically the Embedded Finance solution and build partnerships for Santander;
• Define and drive the product strategy;
• Ensure fast, secure, and scalable deliveries without compromising quality;
• Promote constructive debates and technically develop the team for important decisions;
• Collaborate with technical and corporate leadership in various contexts;
• Challenge the status quo by considering technical alternatives and solution strategies.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in software engineering (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization);
• Experience in system development (backend, frontend, and APIs);
• Strong knowledge of Cloud applications;
• Solid understanding of microservices and market-standard services (REST API, authentication, authorization, monitoring);
• Knowledge of design patterns, anti-patterns, SOLID principles, hexagonal architecture, and clean architecture;
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);
• Experience in project oversight and technical team development;
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, AKS, or AWS;
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, Event Hub);
• English or Spanish proficiency.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience as a Technical Lead;
• Knowledge of BTP and SAP is a significant plus;
• AWS certifications;
• Experience in international scalability projects;
• Experience in banking or financial sectors, understanding the environment's specifics;
• Experience in agile and rapidly changing environments, with adaptability;
• Experience in complex integration projects involving multiple stakeholders and legacy systems.
