The Insider Risk and Compliance Associate performs Global Security Assessments (GSAs)—a comprehensive evaluation of risks faced by delivery operations across technology, HR, operations, finance, etc. They conduct and lead No Notice Inspections (NNIs) and consult with Records Management, Legal, HR, and Privacy teams to ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and civil rights regarding Personally Identifiable Information, in accordance with local laws. They support the implementation of standards related to Insider Risk and Compliance enterprise-wide.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Criminology preferred or equivalent experience
• IT Security & Cybersecurity knowledge and experience is a plus
• Expertise in risk identification and reduction in the BPO (Contact center) industry is strongly preferred
• Certified Fraud Examiner or willingness to certify within 12 months
• 3+ years experience in internal, fraud, or cyber investigations
• Interview and Interrogation training such as Reid technique or similar
• Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
• Strong people management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Expertise in investigative triage, case management, and report writing
• Experience investigating criminal, sensitive, or confidential matters
• Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Insider Risk and Compliance program, including documentation and training
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as country leaders, Legal, HR, and Client Security
• Lead and participate in GSAs, identifying vulnerabilities
• Support action planning to address vulnerabilities
• Ensure NNIs are conducted as per leadership requirements
• Investigate suspicious activities involving employees, contractors, or third parties
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
• Develop employee awareness and training materials
• Lead a team of investigators and specialists (currently an individual contributor role)

Accountability:

• Align Insider Risk and Compliance initiatives with global objectives
• Operationalize the program within the assigned country or area
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and fraud prevention
• Publish monthly metrics and conduct root cause analysis
• Ensure GSAs and NNIs are conducted timely
• Monitor and investigate internal fraud, theft, and information disclosure
• Manage NNIs and ensure vulnerabilities are addressed
• Follow records retention, legal, HR, and privacy guidelines
• Manage incident response lifecycle and documentation
• Analyze incidents and implement governance processes
• Capture and share lessons learned and conduct education sessions
