We are looking for a passionate and results-drivenField Sales Executive to manage and grow our client portfolio across the North-East region of Romania: Iași, Vrancea, Vaslui, Bacău, Neamț, Suceava, and Botoșani.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive business growth by managing your assigned territory, nurturing existing accounts, and acquiring new customers.

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual, team, and company sales targets.

  • Conduct regular sales visits in line with DHL Commercial Standards and sales activity expectations.

  • Provide accurate and timely reports and administrative documentation as requested by the Sales Manager.

  • Ensure full compliance with sales processes, company pricing, profitability, credit, and customs duty collection policies.

What We’re Looking For – Proven Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is a must

  • Experience in logistic field is a strong advantage

  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication abilities – both written and verbal

  • Creative problem solver with a solution-oriented approach

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and a self-starter

  • Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken & written)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Valid driving license

  • Preferred city of residence – Iasi
