Job Description: Merchandiser - Pop Trade Criciúma

Location: Criciúma, SC

Contract Type: Efetivo – CLT

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 08h to 17h, and Saturday from 08h to 12h

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure correct exposure, planogram, presentation, and pricing of brands on exclusive cabinets and store shelves using materials provided by the company.
2. Implement merchandising strategies according to the guidelines specified by the company and Pop Trade in the Food and Fama channels.
3. Ensure space sharing aligns with targets.
4. Identify opportunities to acquire additional space.
5. Maintain organization, quality, and validity of exposed and stock products.
6. Collect accurate POS data: prices, stockouts, exposure, and negotiated actions.
7. Conduct research and submit reports as requested.
8. Assemble packaging and execute occasional promotional setups in stores.
9. Maintain good relationships with store managers.
10. Train store teams through multiplication of knowledge.
11. Perform check-in and check-out correctly during each visit.
12. Record daily travel expenses in Tradeview.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: R$ 2,013.00
• Daily Meal Voucher: R$ 21.00
• Transportation Voucher (as used)
• Medical and Dental Insurance (convenio)
