Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking a Technician. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment to minimize downtime. Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and equipment. Specialty lines locations may have large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred
• 5+ years of Technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment, or specialty lines equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas) preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• May need to provide tools of the trade
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The physical demands include bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations can be made to comply with laws.
