Responsibilities:

1. Execute activities involved in the irrigation and fertilization process of seedlings, following operational procedures and safety rules to produce seedlings in the planned quantity and quality.
2. Monitor irrigation throughout all stages of the nursery, performing manual or automated adjustments via system as needed.
3. Check electrical conductivity (EC) and pH levels in application areas, sand channels, and leachate in the clonal garden.
4. Manage seedlings in greenhouses by regulating water depth, temperature, and humidity, opening and closing side and zenithal aluminum windows as required.
5. Weigh and prepare fertilizers to ensure proper nutrition for seedling development.
6. Assist in monitoring pests and diseases through constant observation at all process stages.
7. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and maintain tools and equipment according to rules and procedures.
8. Clean and replace valves, micro-sprinklers, and filters.
9. Follow quality management system rules and safety standards, including the use of PPE and collective protection equipment when required.

• Reside in Avaí or Presidente Alves.
• Availability to work on shifts.
