The Insider Risk and Compliance associate performs global security assessments (GSAs) — a holistic evaluation of risks across technology, HR, operations, finance, etc. — and leads No Notice Inspections (NNIs). You will consult with Records Management, Legal, HR, and Privacy to ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and civil rights regarding Personally Identifiable Information, in accordance with local laws. You will support the implementation of standards related to Insider Risk and Compliance enterprise-wide.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Criminology preferred or equivalent experience
• IT Security & Cybersecurity knowledge and experience is a PLUS
• Expertise in risk identification and risk reduction in the BPO (Contact center) industry strongly preferred
• Certified Fraud Examiner or willingness to certify within 12 months
• 3+ years in internal, fraud, or cyber investigations
• Interview and Interrogation training such as Reid technique or similar
• Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
• Strong people management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Expertise in investigative triage, case management, and report writing
• Experience investigating criminal, sensitive, or confidential matters
• Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders

Responsibilities:

• Implement processes, documentation, and training for the Insider Risk and Compliance program
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for risk and investigation discussions
• Lead and participate in GSAs, identifying vulnerabilities
• Support action planning to address vulnerabilities
• Conduct NNIs in line with leadership requirements
• Monitor and investigate suspicious activities involving employees, contractors, or third parties
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
• Develop employee awareness and training materials
• Lead a team of investigators and specialists (currently envisioned as an individual contributor role)

Accountability:

• Align Insider Risk and Compliance initiatives with global objectives
• Operationalize the program within the assigned country or area
• Promote a culture of continual improvement and fraud prevention
• Report on incidents, root causes, and corrective actions
• Ensure GSAs and NNIs are conducted as scheduled
• Investigate and audit areas such as internal fraud, theft, and information disclosure
• Manage NNIs, investigations, and risk findings to closure
• Follow records retention, legal, HR, and privacy guidelines
• Manage incident response lifecycle and documentation
• Capture and circulate lessons learned
• Conduct education sessions and support control improvements
