A leading company in the finance sector is seeking a Revenue Management Manager to develop pricing strategies and manage profitability across regions. This hybrid role involves both onsite and remote work, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a performance-based bonus structure.

Serviços

Performance bonus (PLR) up to 4-5.2 salaries/year

Revenue Management Manager - Hybrid (4 dias onsite, 1 remoto)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and executing Pricing Strategy & Positioning across segments, regions, business models, products, and services.
  2. Managing the Pricing Desk for A&E and APAC regions, ensuring alignment with global strategies and systems.
  3. Gathering and analyzing Pricing Intelligence to monitor market trends.
  4. Leading Merchant Profitability Management initiatives.
  5. Overseeing P&L for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts.
  6. Managing Deal Desks for strategic deal-making.
  7. Designing and executing Accounts Expansion Strategies.
  8. Conducting Portfolio Scenario Analysis for opportunities and risks.
  9. Ensuring Revenue Assurance and minimizing leakage.
  10. Maintaining billing accuracy and managing cost databases.
  11. Leading campaigns and promotional programs to maximize revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, and commercial operations.
  • Understanding of pricing governance, systems, and approval flows.
  • Experience with Merchant Profitability Management and P&L management.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and generate insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in revenue assurance, billing accuracy, and cost optimization.
  • Experience in managing campaigns, promotions, and pricing execution.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
