Job Description Summary:

This is an Early Careers role with a total of 22 positions available.

Job Summary: As a Consultant, Global Total Rewards Administration, you will support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of global total rewards processes. Your role is vital in ensuring the effective delivery of compensation, share plans, benefits, and recognition programs across the Total Rewards organization. You will collaborate with HR teams, payroll, finance, external vendors, and peers to ensure TR programs are accurate, timely, compliant with regulations, and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Assist in daily operations of total rewards programs including salary, variable compensation, benefits, share plans, and recognition.
  2. Maintain accurate data entry within HR systems and relevant platforms.
  3. Lead processes or project steps within broader initiatives.
  4. Conduct reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
  5. Generate reports on TR metrics for partners and customers.
  6. Identify trends and provide insights for strategic initiatives and improvements.
  7. Analyze process outliers and issues, collaborate to find root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  8. Coordinate with Payroll to ensure smooth processing of compensation and benefits data, including inputs for new hires, leavers, insurance, and salary changes.
  9. Suggest process improvements, monitor legislative changes, and participate in projects related to operational excellence.
  10. Support audits and compliance reviews with accurate information.
  11. Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Implement best practices and streamline workflows.
  13. Provide guidance to HR teams and employees on total rewards programs.
  14. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
  15. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure service delivery.
  16. Oversee vendor performance and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
