About the Role
We are seeking a founding engineer with strong backend skills. You will build state-of-the-art AI agents and learn to develop industry-leading multimodal, multi-agent suites.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Full-Stack Engineering (80% backend, 20% frontend)
Design scalable architecture for web applications.
Develop end-to-end features using technologies like Typescript, Node.js, Python.
AI Engineering
Develop reliable, high-performance AI agents.
Build tools powered by SOTA LLMs for providers, practices, and patients.
Architect data annotation, fine-tuning, and RLHF workflows.
Product Management
Propose, scope, and prioritize new features.
Lead the team in creating top-tier user experiences.

Requirements
No AI experience required, but preferred if demonstrated quick learning ability. Prior experience as a founding engineer at early-stage startups or as a senior software engineer at Series A startups is preferred.
