Qualificações

  • At least 1 year of Shopify experience, including order management, app integration, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Slack.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • At least 1 year of experience with a WMS system.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and invoicing.
  • Experience with task management tools like Notion, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the Shopify US storefront's customizer experience, including apps, landing pages, and collection pages.
  • Coordinate with Project Management to expand personalization options, including UV Printing.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment center to manage inventory, resolve order issues, and balance ecommerce and bulk orders.
  • Work with the Personalization Operations Assistant and Customer Experience team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop internal training for the team.
  • Oversee inventory planning for personalization, projecting needs based on order volume.
  • Enhance reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.

We offer product personalization options—custom text, monograms, photos—on wallets, keycases, pens, knives, and rings. We seek a Product Personalization General Manager to oversee personalization projects, develop reporting infrastructure, and collaborate with our fulfillment center to enhance processes and expand functionality.

This role involves cross-departmental collaboration and strategic planning based on performance data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Shopify US storefront's customizer experience, including apps, landing pages, and collection pages.
  • Coordinate with Project Management to expand personalization options, including UV Printing.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment center to manage inventory, resolve order issues, and balance ecommerce and bulk orders.
  • Work with the Personalization Operations Assistant and Customer Experience team to enhance customer satisfaction and support new product development.
  • Develop internal training for the team.
  • Oversee inventory planning for personalization, projecting needs based on order volume and product launches.
  • Enhance reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making for long-term departmental projects.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications + Experience

  • At least 1 year of Shopify experience, including order management, app integration, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Slack.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • At least 1 year of experience with a WMS system.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and invoicing.
  • Experience with task management tools like Notion, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
  • Availability for working hours from 8 am to 4 pm Pacific Time (US), with flexibility after training.
