About the Job

Join our dynamic itel team as an E-commerce Assistant and play a key role in driving the success of our online retail presence. This position focuses on ensuring seamless customer experiences and elevating itel’s brand visibility across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of itel's e-commerce platforms, including inventory control, order processing, and payment reconciliation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and logistics) to ensure smooth implementation of online campaigns and promotions.
• Add, update, and organize product listings
• Optimize online content, product descriptions, and visuals to align with brand strategy and market demand.
• Monitor stock levels and alert when items need to be replenished.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve inquiries, and maintain high post-sales service standards.
• Ensure smooth transactions and help resolve payment issues.
