The Senior Paid Media Buyer at Ridge will support the paid media team in executing and strategizing effective paid social advertising campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin. The role involves optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic planning, offering a chance to work with a leading high-growth DTC brand alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign and Platform Ownership: Manage paid social media platforms, stay updated on platform changes, and ensure campaign effectiveness.
  2. Ad Building: Create, manage, and optimize ads, develop compelling ad copy and visuals, ensure compliance with platform guidelines and brand standards.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data, generate reports on key metrics, and recommend optimizations.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conduct checks for accuracy and consistency, monitor ad performance, and address issues promptly.
  5. Ad Creative: Collaborate with creative teams, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  6. Campaign Management: Oversee campaign performance, implement targeting strategies, and manage budgets.
  7. Strategic Planning: Develop campaign strategies, brainstorm new ideas, and identify new advertising opportunities.
  8. External Partner Communication: Serve as main contact for ad partners, review performance insights, and communicate findings clearly.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing experience.
  • Expertise in media buying on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin.
  • Experience with DTC ad agencies or in-house roles within brands exceeding $100M+ revenue is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, and GA4.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising attribution models.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, experience with performance reporting.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a US timezone.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Loom for project management, communication, documentation, and training.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin.
