Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of National Sales to lead and execute the commercial strategy of a well-established company in the wine industry. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, deep knowledge of the beverage market in Brazil, and a strong network within retail and distribution channels.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded professional, responsible for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company's presence across key markets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  2. Lead and develop the national commercial strategy, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative culture.
  3. Build strong partnerships with distributors, key retail chains, and other relevant channels.
  4. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
  5. Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective execution and demand planning.
  6. Establish clear sales targets and KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
  7. Represent the company at trade events, client meetings, and strategic negotiations.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Extensive experience in national sales leadership roles within the wine, beverage, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian retail and distribution landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic commercial partnerships.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong analytical and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
  • Availability to travel nationally as needed.
