Mission:

Responsible for identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization of processes in the company's business areas, focusing on eliminating repetitive manual activities, increasing efficiency, and improving the quality of deliveries. This involves diagnostics, proposing solutions based on technologies such as RPA, AI, and low-code/no-code tools, as well as providing technical and methodological support to the areas. Work collaboratively with leaders and teams to implement digital transformation initiatives aligned with the Operational Excellence Program, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, process standardization, and intelligent data use for decision-making.

Activities:

1. Process Mapping and Diagnostics: Identify manual and inefficient activities across different areas of the company. Diagnose opportunities for digitization and automation. Conduct interviews and workshops to understand operational needs and pain points.
2. Implementation of AI and Automation Solutions: Propose and implement process automation using RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Generative AI, system integration, and other relevant solutions. Support the adoption of low-code/no-code tools to optimize operational flows. Facilitate the use of intelligent dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio) for enhanced data analysis.
3. Collaboration with IT and Suppliers: Work with IT teams to enable new technologies. Search for external solutions and suppliers to accelerate digital transformation. Manage implementation projects and technological changes.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education in Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• Desirable: Postgraduate studies in Engineering or People Management.
