What You Will Do

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Corporate KAM at Stryker. The selected individual will be responsible for negotiating all product lines with various hospital groups in the region. This role requires a corporate profile capable of interacting with senior leadership (CEOs, Presidents, Directors, etc.). The professional can be located in São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, or Rio de Janeiro. The main challenge of this position is the introduction of new products, participation in events and bids, especially in the orthopedic area. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Activities:

  • The professional will negotiate product lines with various hospital groups, ensuring effective communication and successful agreements. This involves understanding the needs and preferences of each group and tailoring proposals accordingly.
  • They will facilitate the introduction of new products, focusing on the orthopedic area. This includes conducting market research, preparing presentations, and demonstrating product benefits to potential clients.
  • Represent the company in events and bids, showcasing Stryker's offerings. The professional will attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote the company's products.
  • Prepare and organize the necessary documentation for participating in bids, ensuring all requirements are met. This involves coordinating with internal teams to gather relevant information and submitting comprehensive bid proposals.
  • Work closely with departments such as QA, Commercial, and Marketing to integrate efforts and achieve common goals. Collaboration is key to ensuring that all aspects of product development and marketing are aligned.
  • Ensure smooth operations by maintaining constant contact with the purchasing and clinical engineering areas of hospitals. The professional will address any concerns or issues that arise and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Use judgment in resolving issues as they arise, applying professional knowledge. This includes analyzing situations, making informed decisions, and implementing solutions effectively.
  • Execute tasks autonomously with minimal supervision. The professional is expected to manage their workload independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced English level
  • Strong experience in sales
  • Strong experience in the Medical Devices sector

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in Key Account Manager positions
  • Previous experience with large hospital groups in Brazil
  • MBA in any related area
