The Mid-Market SSSA Sales team manages advertisers across different industries in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru, helping them leverage our products and solutions across the Family of Apps - Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger – to achieve their business goals.

As a Mid-Market SSSA Sales Manager, you will:
  • Lead and develop a team of highly talented account managers.
  • Create and execute strategies to meet sales and product goals, ensuring a productive rhythm of business.
  • Align with regional and global priorities for SSSA.
  • Lead at least one of the global priorities for Mid-Market Latin America.
  • Provide ongoing client insights and market trend analysis to identify revenue and productivity opportunities.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with top client decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategy and operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in tech, operations, consulting, or sales.
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in creating strategic frameworks amidst complex information and dynamic environments.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders in ambiguous and complex situations.
  • Track record of driving projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
