Job Title: Senior C&R Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

Senior Data/Business Analyst (Power Apps/Power BI)

Design, develop, and deliver key post-market process analytics, tools, and insights across Philips to ensure ongoing Patient Safety and Quality.

Your Role:

  1. Accountable for leading and redefining a Philips Post Market Surveillance (PMS) Process reporting framework, establishing a single source of truth (data management and collection), and leading continuous improvement projects based on stakeholder feedback.
  2. Build relationships and trust across the Philips community to facilitate success in a large multinational company with matrix management. Collaborate with businesses, markets, functions, and suppliers to understand and mitigate risks related to corrections and removals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards, aligning operational activities with external authorities, internal QMS, and Philips processes.
  4. Partner with global corrections and removals teams to improve governance processes for corrections and removals, enabling efficient execution.
  5. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of post-market processes within the PMS Operations team to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and risk mitigation solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of experience in data management, with a strong understanding of data analytics tools, methods, and analysis. Proven track record of driving improvements from requirements gathering through validation and release.
  2. Advanced skills in data collection development using Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, supported by strong data analysis capabilities. Experience with dynamic data analysis and LEAN principles is preferred.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Certifications supporting Data tooling and Continuous Improvement are a plus. Prior experience in a regulated industry, preferably Medical/Pharmaceutical, is required.
  4. Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong emotional intelligence for cross-functional relationship building. Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous. Ability to travel occasionally (<15%) is required.
  5. Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the role, with or without accommodations.
