We are looking for a UX/UI Specialist to join our Development team and participate in various projects with multicultural teams distributed around the world.

What You Will Do:

1. Work collaboratively with one or more scrum teams, iterating UX design within an agile framework.
2. Engage with customers to understand their requirements from a UX perspective and anticipate potential UX improvements based on experience.
3. Create quick prototypes for initial designs and gather feedback for iteration.
4. Design high-quality UI following modern design principles for commercial software.
5. Illustrate and optimize software workflows to enhance UX.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a developer.
• Experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Experience managing data loads and ensuring data quality is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
