We seek a post-doctoral researcher for a multidisciplinary study on neuroimaging biomarkers in cognitive aging. Responsibilities include processing and quantitative analysis of MRI data (volumetric, rs-fMRI, diffusion, susceptibility), plus data organization and quality control. Requirements: Experience with CONN / SPM / FreeSurfer / MRTrix3 / FSL; programming (Python / R / MATLAB); statistics; fluent English. We value organization, teamwork, and communication skills.
Supervision: Dr. Claudia Leite from the Institute of Radiology (InRad) at Hospital das Clínicas (HC), the hospital complex run by the University of São Paulo's Medical School (FM-USP) in Brazil. Collaboration with a project led by a PhD student and co-supervised by Dr. Maria Concepción García Otaduy. Opportunity to participate in related neuroimaging projects.

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a Post-Doctoral fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in the amount of R$ 12,000.00 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
