Job Description

Position: Activation Marketing Sr. Specialist, PSD Brazil

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world.

As Activation Marketing Sr. Specialist, you will lead the execution of activation plans for key vertical markets, portfolio, and programs in Brazil (HMT, respiratory, and integrated safety) within the Personal Safety division. You will be responsible for executing portfolio activation plans, identifying business trends, and growing opportunities. Additionally, you will implement and localize content and digital resources in collaboration with LATAM segment marketers, channel structures, and application engineers, supporting distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage POS data to detect market opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and share of wallet within specific segments.
• Create content and sales tools to facilitate market understanding.
• Drive Customer First strategies to align programs with customer needs.
• Coordinate training for channel specialists and business partners to detect business opportunities within the 3M portfolio.
• Review and execute segment product offerings to meet customer needs and gain market share.
• Provide forecast insights by analyzing customer consumption and project outcomes.
• Identify pain points and structure processes to eliminate issues, viewing the business holistically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or similar.
• Strong professional background in marketing; experience in digital marketing, communication, insights generation, or industrial markets is preferred.
• Financial acumen, negotiation skills, resilience, and strong communication abilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability for hybrid work in Sumaré/SP.

Additional Skills

Knowledge of Brazil’s vertical markets is a plus.
