Job summary

A Decision Group procura um(a) consultor(a) SAP MM para atuar em projeto com o cliente Wella, em São Paulo, com atuação híbrida (1x/semana). Será responsável por análise de OSS Notes, configuração CBS/IBS/IS e alinhamento com equipes de BASIS e abaper.

O candidato deve ter inglês fluente (português predominante no projeto) e disponibilidade para defender análises junto à equipe global. Experiência em contabilidade fiscal brasileira é desejável.

Qualifications

• Experiência comprovada em SAP MM (Material Management).
• Domínio de comunicação em inglês; espanhol é desejável.
• Capacidade de analisar notas OSS, impostos no Brasil e cenários de e-invoice.

Responsibilities

• Atividades principais do time funcional incluem: Split Payment, desativação de impostos PIS/COFINS (2027), Selective Tax, Service Purchase, CBS/IBS/IS.
• Conduzir análises detalhadas sobre OSS Notes aplicáveis, orientar a equipe SAP-BASIS.
• Revisar configurações CBS/IBS/IS, processos de compra do cliente e possíveis mudanças; alinhar com abaper para mapping de XMLs.

Main Activities and Responsibilities The main activities that the functional team of the project will face in Wella includes: Split Payment (system should be prepared to do it), Disablement of PIS/COFINS taxes (in 2027), Selective Tax, Service Purchase, CBS/IBS/IS Accounting preparation. So, the SAP MM Consultant should be able to check the SAP OSS Notes which must be applicable in Wella - considering the context of Brazil Tax reform and client purchasing processes. He/she should also be able to provide a detailed analysis about the parent OSS Notes and prerequisites to SAP-BASIS team when required. He/She should be able to identify potential customizations which prove to be a must to cover in-Scope topics. This consultant should also: Review CBS/IBS/IS settings, review the purchasing process of the client and evaluate the required changes. He/she should review pricings, be able to talk to business users as well to understand the Brazil e-invoice INBOUND scenarios and discuss them. This person also must be in touch with the abaper consultant to properly modify the mapping of the XMLs according to the process / Classtrib used. This person should be able to present the status about everything new which was delievered in SAP-MM module, and also deal with scenarios of errors and fix them (if any). He/she should be also prepared to deal with the tax credits which will happen too.
Soft Skill (Personal characteristics) Good communication skills are mandatory, also proactivity. It is a must that the person knows english, even though the project will be handle in portuguese. The main reason for this is a client's request emphasizing that at any time the resources might be demanded to defend their analysis about something related to Project Scope, etc directly to the global team representative. Apart of that, interaction with offshore people from distinct areas (such as SAP-BASIS, Security) will demand a good fluency in english
