Uma escola internacional bilíngue com mais de 50 anos de experiência procura um Professor Chefe de Educação Infantil no Campus Museu do Ipiranga. O profissional será responsável por ensinar, gerenciar a aprendizagem e desenvolver estratégias para melhorar o desempenho dos alunos, garantindo um ambiente seguro e respeitoso.

Qualificações

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em sala de aula, incluindo 2 anos como professor chefe na educação infantil.
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de berçário e sala de aula.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensinar classes e orientar a aprendizagem das crianças, promovendo experiências baseadas no plano pedagógico.
  • Monitorar e analisar o progresso dos alunos, implementando ações de melhoria.
  • Supervisionar o trabalho do Assistente de Ensino, especialmente com alunos com necessidades especiais.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Teach classes and guide children's learning, promoting experiences based on our pedagogical plan and individual needs.
  • Understand the school's pedagogical proposal and learning expectations for the specific grade.
  • Monitor and analyze students' progress, collecting evidence and implementing improvement actions.
  • Develop strategies with the coordination to enhance student engagement and performance.
  • Implement differentiation strategies for students with learning difficulties.
  • Supervise the work of the Teaching Assistant, especially regarding students with special needs.
  • Ensure student safety at all times, observing and guiding activities.
  • Observe and report on children's behaviors and health concerns to the coordinator and families.
  • Manage student entry and exit procedures, ensuring safety.
  • Follow school policies and guidelines, including lesson planning and record keeping.
  • Maintain accurate student records and prepare report cards within deadlines.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians about student development.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Manage classroom materials and student portfolios.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pedagogy.
  • At least 5 years of classroom experience, including 2 years as a head teacher in early childhood education (1-3 years old).
  • Experience in nursery and classroom management.

Languages: Proficiency in English.

Technical Knowledge: Bilingualism, Early Childhood Education.

Desired Knowledge: IB Methodology, Child Development.

Soft Skills: Digital Thinking, Caring Profile, Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Management, Creativity.
