Job Title: Product Manager - Web3 & DeFi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain development. You will shape product strategy and execution for decentralized applications and smart contract-based solutions, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and business teams to build and scale innovative DeFi products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and drive the product roadmap for decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain solutions.
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize smart contract-driven products.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
4. Translate business needs into product features and technical requirements.
5. Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain-based applications.
6. Stay updated on Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends to foster innovation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in Web3, DeFi, or blockchain solutions.
3. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and Web3 stack.
4. Familiarity with Ethereum, Solidity, and other blockchain platforms.
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and marketers.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-informed decisions.
7. Passion for decentralization, blockchain technology, and Web3 innovation.
