C++ Developer at BairesDev

We are looking for Senior C++ Developers to join our Development team and participate in various projects with multicultural, distributed teams worldwide. We seek proactive individuals and team players passionate about programming in C++, committed to providing the best user experience. Developers will face technical challenges involving current technologies, mobile, web applications, devices, and more.

What You Will Do

• Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain real-time applications against defined interfaces.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to improve performance.
• Maintain high code quality, design, and refactor for optimal performance.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead a team of 2 developers.
• Coordinate with BA, QA, Operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve data quality and performance issues.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience as a developer.
• 5+ years of experience in C++.
• Proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Experience with managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
• Advanced English level.
