The Role

Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in infrastructure. They excel at analysis, documentation, diagramming for hand-off, providing timely solutions, and "figuring it out." This hands-on role requires a keen sense of system-environment interaction, vital for client success.

The role has two main aspects: contributing to current projects by analyzing problems, offering solutions, and testing, automating, and integrating systems; and engaging in long-term strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operations. The role is platform-agnostic, offering variety and growth opportunities at Kyndryl.

You will be involved early in projects to propose solutions, assess feasibility, and identify technical and timeline risks, balancing client expectations and internal challenges. Your contributions can make a significant impact, often leading clients to request your expertise by name.

This project-based role involves deep involvement throughout project lifecycles and collaboration with Architects, Technicians, and PMs. Regardless of your current tech level or career aspirations, Kyndryl offers opportunities and support for growth. Boredom is unlikely here.
