We’re growing fast — and looking for a sharp, curious, video-confident, Intermediate-Senior SDR (Sales Development Rep) to help us reach the next level.
About the Role
This isn’t your average Sales Development Rep gig.
You’ll be part copywriter, part educator, part connector — and fully focused on starting great conversations with B2B people leaders.
You’ll write emails, shoot quick videos, run webinars, give product demos, and keep our CRM clean, enriched, and full of momentum. This is a creative, persistent, multi-channel role where the best outreach wins. Our bonus plan is designed to reward high-quality work with uncapped potential!

What You’ll Do
- Write compelling outbound emails that drive opens, replies, and real conversations
- Analyze response rates and optimize campaigns using insight and instinct
- Personally reply to inbound and outbound emails, guiding prospects toward discovery calls
- Build and improve our bank of email responses; keep our CRM tagging accurate and effective
- Enrich prospect profiles as you uncover insights from cold contact through discovery
- Own the top of our funnel: from target identification to engagement and qualification
- Monitor and respond to inbound messages via our in-platform chat; follow structured playbooks to qualify and convert website visitors into leads or booked calls
- Record and send personalized Looms to engaged leads
- Use Amplemarket and social tools to strategically research and engage new accounts
- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and SQLs into Qualified Booking Opportunities (QBOs)
- Lead or co-host short, educational webinars tailored to People/HR audiences
- Be video-ready for discovery calls and personalized prospect content
- Give clear, friendly product demos that speak to the unique needs of People leaders
- Improve and test email sequences for leads coming in through inbound channels
- Use video, chat, and other channels to connect in human, creative ways
- Be relentless but kind in your follow-ups — we’re not pushy, just professional
- Partner with marketing and Customer Success to share what’s working and why
Tools & Tech You’ll Use (and Ideally Know Already)
- Apollo.io – for sequencing, enrichment, and prospect engagement
- Amplemarket – for advanced prospecting, email testing, and multichannel outreach
- Close – our CRM and communication hub for pipeline and contact management
- Instantly – for inbox management and email warm-up
- G-Suite – especially Gmail, Sheets, and Calendar for day-to-day ops
- Sales Navigator – for targeted outreach and account intelligence (bonus if you know it)
- Loom – to record personalized videos and demos
- Slack – for internal team communication and async updates
- Webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Butter) – for hosting live events
- CRM hygiene & tagging practices – understanding how to structure and enrich data
- Basic analytics literacy – ability to read and act on open, click, and reply data
- Notion or similar – for documenting outreach tactics, playbooks, and learnings

Variable Compensation (Commission / Bonus)
OTE (On-Target Earnings): $20,000–$45,000 USD (depending on experience and qualifications)
Split: 60% Base / 40% Commission
