Job Description

You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approval
• Manage, coach, and develop a team
• Meet KPIs, including customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction
• Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to achieve category goals
• Deliver performance against schedules and long-range plans using system tools
• Participate in supply review meetings and escalate issues as needed
• Support improvements to enhance customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction

What you will bring

• Supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience within FMCG/CPG environments
• Willingness to learn new systems and data analysis
• Experience in supply review and IBP cycle participation
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build effective teams
• Knowledge of supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Experience with o9 solutions, Kinaxis, or OMP
• Deep understanding of E2E planning, including demand, supply, warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Proficiency in integrating reports across databases for business solutions
• Advanced English; intermediate Spanish skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain adoption and performance of the planning tool and process
• Manage tool performance and resolve issues
• Train team on tool updates and upgrades
• Maintain master data parameters
• Support root cause analysis of tool issues
• Manage planning report maintenance and support reporting needs
• Lead or support projects for system enhancements and process improvements
