We are seeking an Analista de Planejamento de Rede with an analytical, pragmatic, and results-oriented profile to analyze and monitor the performance of our accredited network.

This professional will be responsible for client service, transforming data into insights and practical recommendations, leading end-to-end analyses, and contributing directly to the operational and strategic excellence of our network.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of the accredited network's performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks;
2. Build and update dashboards, reports, and management presentations for various levels of the company;
3. Conduct in-depth studies to support strategic decisions, proposing action plans based on collected data;
4. Ensure the extraction, organization, processing, and visualization of relevant business data;
5. Collaborate with internal areas (sales, operations, quality, etc.) and external partners to obtain necessary information and implement solutions;
6. Support and, when necessary, lead projects for continuous improvement of processes and performance indicators;
7. Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data used in analyses.

Requirements:

1. Complete higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields;
2. Previous experience with data analysis, performance metrics, and management reporting;
3. Advanced Excel skills;
4. Desirable knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or programming languages for data analysis (Python, R);
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and objective recommendations;
6. Proactivity.
