Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global product and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across product management, software engineering, AI, cloud infrastructure, and security.
  • Drive agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development to optimize speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead the evolution of digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration across omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, ensuring best practices in product and tech development.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability across global operations.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in product and technology roles (preferably in B2B SaaS, CX, AI, or digital transformation).
  • Proven expertise in customer experience (CX) technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI-driven automation.
  • Deep understanding of digital contact centers, omnichannel engagement, and self-service solutions.
  • Strong track record in leading agile product development, microservices architecture, and scalable SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, analytics, and AI/ML implementation.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
