Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de terrain WTG O&M, ainsi qu'une formation en électromécanique. Ce poste exige une forte capacité à travailler en extérieur et à gérer des équipes tout en respectant les normes de sécurité et environnementales.

Qualificações

• Diplôme de technicien électromécanique et licence CFT valide.
• Minimum de quatre ans d'expérience en gestion de terrain WTG O&M.
• Détention d'un permis de conduire national - CNH B.

Responsabilidades

• Assurer la conformité avec toutes les responsabilités de sécurité, environnementales et contractuelles.
• Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes de la ferme éolienne.
• Préparer et contrôler les budgets de maintenance annuels.

Conhecimentos

Proficience en anglais

Gestion de contrat WTG O&M

Compétence informatique avec Microsoft Office

Formação académica

Job Description

About The Site

Wind power generation facility located in João Camara, Rio Grande do Norte.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Wind farm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental, and contractual responsibilities.
• Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Coordinate resource availability with applicable areas.
• Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
• Attend on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as planned.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).
• Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
• Perform quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and hold a valid CFT’s License.
• Minimum of four years of WTG O&M field management experience.
• Strong knowledge in WTG O&M contract management.
• Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Hold an engineering degree.
• Hold an MBA degree in project management or related field.
