Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, SAP BO, SQL & Spotfire!

In this role, we are looking for a professional with knowledge of domains such as Material/Finish Products, Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data (charts of accounts, cost centers, legal entities, etc.).

Responsibilities

1. Genpact resources will be responsible for working with GE Aviation stakeholders for designing, developing visualization and technical processes.
2. Provide regular updates and demos to GE Aviation Stakeholders.
3. Create and standardize various business logics which were incorporated in the visualizations.
4. Identify various types of defects and suggest the appropriate logics/rules to improve the data quality in various systems while creating the various reporting and KPIs.
5. Design, develop and maintain SAP BO Reports based on user requirements.
6. Develop, Maintain of ORACLE DWs via ORACLE SQL Developer.
7. Structural changes to the SAP BO report to improve performance, accuracy and build logical changes.
8. Utilize ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
9. Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
10. Hands-on experience as a TIBCO Spotfire developer in analysis, design, and development.
11. Strong ability to understand analytic specifications and translate the specifications into TIBCO Spotfire visualizations into the underlying code.
12. Hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL – writing complex select queries, optimizing SQL queries.
13. Working experience in databases like Greenplum, PostgreSQL, AWS redshift.
14. Experience with continuous improvement activities and a strong desire to help implement lean enterprise initiatives preferred.
15. Must have initiative and strive for continuous improvement. Proven ability to participate in implementing innovative ideas, projects and business solutions.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

1. Relevant years of experience SAP BO Developer.
2. Strong SQL.
3. Strong Knowledge in TIBCO Spotfire.
4. Strong Knowledge in Data Modeling and Data Provisioning.
5. Experience working with Redshift, Oracle SQL Developer.
6. Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
7. Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

1. Basic knowledge in Data Science.
2. Good knowledge in R, Python etc.
3. Good knowledge in lean principles.
