We are looking for a People Manager to manage one or more medium or large projects, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering team. What You Will Do:

1. Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by following, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies.
2. Accountable for planning and monitoring job results.
3. Retain staff by maintaining a reliable and communicative work environment.
4. Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, planning capacity, and forecasting on the projects' profitability.
5. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Here's what we're looking for:

1. 4+ Years of experience as People Manager, including Performance Improvement planning, Attrition Management, Terminations, etc.
2. Solid experience with Financials, Budget management.
3. Solid Technical expertise / IT industry background.
4. Solid experience with Agile methodologies.
5. Demonstrated ability to multitask.
6. Problem Solving Oriented.
7. Advanced English level.
