Job Description:

Home Genius Exteriors is one of the fastest-growing companies in the country, and we are looking for talented, ambitious entry-level sales individuals to join our team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute multiple marketing strategies.
2. Promote Home Genius products and services to new and existing clients.
3. Participate in weekly training opportunities.
4. Deliver interactive sales presentations of our products and services.
5. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Ability to speak publicly with confidence.
4. Open-mindedness and a passion for ongoing learning and self-growth.
5. Ability to work Monday – Saturday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (5 of these 6 days).

Salary And Benefits:

1. $17.25 - $22/hr plus bonuses (average hourly pay with bonuses $25-$30/hr).

3. Company trips, quarterly launches, and an annual trip to Cancun/Bahamas.

Job Types: Full-time, Weekends required.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
