Our organization seeks a skilled leader to fill the role of Site Operations Director. As a key member of our team, you will oversee multiple operations sites and provide hands-on leadership.

This position involves developing and implementing efficient processes, driving strong performance, and balancing business goals with a people-first mindset.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee and performance management, proven leadership of large teams, and expertise in supply chain or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and foster a culture of safety within the workplace.
  • Process Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of SCP processes, conduct regular audits, and promote operational excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory control and system-related tasks, including data collection and real-time updates.
  • Productivity Improvements: Drive productivity improvements, reduce costs, minimize errors, and enhance customer and seller experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, Security, and IT teams on staffing, scheduling, and performance.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead process improvement initiatives and support Six Sigma projects across sites and the wider network.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with fluency in Portuguese and advanced English skills. Ability to travel up to 20% within Brazil is also essential.
