Responsibilities

1. Analyze and understand business requirements, then design, develop, and test high-performance code aligned with these requirements.
2. Create technical specifications, software design documents, and architectural artifacts.
3. Participate in Agile development activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
4. Work primarily on the backend service layer, with additional opportunities across other layers of the software stack.
5. Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in the FinTech sector.

Must Have Skills and Experience

1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
2. Proficiency with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Postgres.
3. Experience with automated testing frameworks and collaborating with QA automation engineers.
4. Basic knowledge of cloud applications on Amazon AWS, including EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, and SQS.
5. Strong understanding of API and architectural concepts such as REST, Microservices, MVC.
6. Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
7. Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies like Scrum and TDD.
8. Ability to work effectively in a startup environment with high workload and less structured processes.
