THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is to join the Marketing Technology team, responsible for leading the global strategy and execution of our martech ecosystem. As the Martech Director, you will be expected to drive innovation, optimize our martech stack, and ensure seamless data flow across all marketing platforms. This position will work closely with marketing, engineering, and data leadership to define and implement a martech roadmap that supports our global marketing objectives and enhances customer experiences. This is a critical opportunity to shape the future of our marketing technology and drive significant business growth.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Lead the development and execution of a global martech strategy, aligning with overall business and marketing goals.
  • Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new martech solutions, as well as managing martech roadmap, tooling budget and vendor relationship once implemented.
  • Establish and maintain data governance and compliance standards, ensuring data integrity and security across all martech platforms.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify and address martech needs and opportunities, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure the optimization of our marketing automation platforms, CDPs, and analytics tools, maximizing marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Analytics team to drive the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies supported by the tools you will be responsible for.
  • Own the martech budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrating clear ROI of your projects and martech stack.
    Lead a high-performing martech team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • A strategic leader who has extensive experience in developing and executing global martech strategies.
  • A data-driven professional who has a deep understanding of data management, analytics, and their role in driving marketing effectiveness.
  • A technically proficient individual who has expert knowledge of martech platforms, including marketing automation, CDPs, and analytics tools.
  • An excellent communicator who is able to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative leader who is able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across various departments.
  • A digital savvy professional that has a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, and all the channels involved.
