Job Title: Business Strategy Advisor

As a Business Strategy Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue and profitability. You will also provide strategic insights to the leadership team to support business growth and expansion initiatives, as well as run a Project Management Office (PMO) to track and ensure that these initiatives are aligned with our ambitions and delivered on time.

Opportunities in this Role
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Team Leader to structure and co-lead our 5-year strategic plan reflections and business cases for LATAM.
  • Analyze and compile relevant information to support strategic decision-making, prioritization, and understanding the needs of cross-functional groups and key drivers to ensure strong engagement.
  • Lead special projects such as business cases and new business development opportunities, coordinating with stakeholders from sales, marketing, operations, dealer development, and finance.
  • Support the pricing center of excellence with strategies aligned with regional business objectives, market conditions, and target customer segments.
  • Enhance our Project Management Office by developing reporting tools and KPIs to track progress on key initiatives.
  • Create and deliver executive presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including support for budget and quarterly updates to the C-suite.
  • Assist product owners by leveraging business cases and market analysis to determine business requirements and strategic recommendations for current and future products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Contribute to the creation, development, and analysis of department-wide business plans, including strategic priorities, metrics, and success tracking.
Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies
  • 2-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business strategy, and project management.
  • Proven ability to structure business cases and communicate effectively to influence senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop strategic narratives.
  • Ability to present materials confidently in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working effectively in international, multicultural environments.
  • Bachelor's degree; fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in the recreational power sports or automotive industry is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working directly with management and directors.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies.
  • High level of ownership, organization, initiative, and follow-through.
