What You’ll Do
- Lead Your Team: Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and retain property associates who crush their goals.
- Drive Resident Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and residents to maximize retention.
- Own the Numbers: Produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports—and act on them.
- Market Expert: Conduct weekly market surveys, coach your team on local trends, and collaborate with Marketing to hit occupancy targets.
- Financial Steward: Collect rent, manage delinquencies, initiate evictions when necessary, and control spending to boost revenue.
- Property Oversight: Perform daily inspections of common areas, model and vacant units; coordinate and verify maintenance and capital projects.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure all contracts, service agreements, and documentation meet company policies and federal, state, and local regulations (EPA, OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, FCRA).
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED (Post-secondary real estate or business coursework is a plus).
- Proven management or real estate experience in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Top-tier organizational skills and strategic problem-solving mindset.
- Strong work ethic—results matter here.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Property Management Software.
- Required certifications or licenses per state law.
